Data shown on Magic Travel Ltd. are supplied by the hotel or from our local partner. Hotel Classifications are made according to the local official authority of the country. If a particular service or feature is important to you please ask of its operation upon making a reservation. Although we try to present all information as accurately as possible, Magic Travel Ltd. and its partners are not liable for any errors in hotel descriptions, facilities etc.
This is not an automatic reservation service. We will make your reservation according to the information you provide us on the booking form and send you confirmation within one working day.
All bookings must be accompanied by your credit card details.
No reservation will be processed without a valid credit card.
Note, your booking request is considered definite upon receipt of credit card details.
For on-line payments: a deposit of one (1) night accommodation will be charged and the remaining balance will be charged 21 days prior to your check-in date.
When the balance is due, we will send you by email a reminder.
For payment by fax form, the total amount will be shown on the payment form; Subsequently a deposit of one (1) night accommodation will be charged and the remaining balance will be charged at the latest 21 days prior to your check-in date.
If a reservation is made within 21 days prior to your check-in date, the full amount will be charged immediately.
All reservations are processed free of charge. However, if you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to the check-in date, Euro 15, 00 will be charged as administration fee. For cancellation within 21 days prior to the check-in date, a minimum of one (1) night accommodation will be charged. Any possible additional cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation and the policy of the accommodation.
A booking cannot be amended directly with the hotel/apartment. All changes must be done through Magic Travel Ltd. or through our official local partner. Details will be mentioned on your accommodation voucher. If you do not notify our local partner or us, you are liable for the full amount based on your original reservation request.
Cancellation of the booking will only be valid if effected through Magic Travel Ltd. and not directly to the hotel/apartment. (For cancellation fees see paragraph 3.)
Our agency's voucher is proof of payment of your accommodation.
